New Years Eve is right around the corner and being in a casino is the most exciting place to be to countdown the New Year! The casino is electric as New Years revelers are ready to bring in the New Year! Inside most of our Casinos and Hotels we have nightclubs and lounges ready to help all of our guests party the night away! Most places require of course, ID, proper attire, and reservations in advance! Don't be left out! Make sure you have your ID, you are dressed to impress and your party tickets are purchased! Located at the RIO Las Vegas this is one of the best places to view the fireworks at midnight! Since the Casinos shoot off the fireworks from the top of the hotels (first time in about 3 years!) the Voo Doo Lounge is placed in the perfect location to watch Las Vegas usher in 2010!

Harrah's and Caesars Casinos has Branch Offices located through out the country and my office is in New York City. Our Branch Offices are designed to build relationships with customers in our cities and to be their contact for our casinos. In New York City I am able to attend sporting events with customers, such as the NY Mets games from the Caesars VIP Suite, attend customer related functions, VIP dinners, benefits, as well as parties. It's an honor to be the voice of our company in New York.

So why do I have a host that isnt located at the casino? The fact is I can provide the customers with the same experiences an onsite host can. We are in Atlantic City every weekend to shake the hands of our customers to ensure their visit is the best. We will also travel to our other casino destinations such as Las Vegas, New Orleans, Chicago and anyl of our 53 casinos when needed. If we arent on property the time you visit, dont worry your in good hands. At each one of our casinos we have NCM Hosts. Our National Casino Marketing Hosts are right there on property everyday to make sure everything is set up before, during, and after your stay with us.

A majority of my customers are from the greater New York City area but I also have customers that reside everywhere. In fact I have customers from as far away as Hawaii, Japan, Canada, all the way to London! Because my office is in New York City doesnt mean I cant take care of someone from around the world.

Here is some background of what I do for Caesars and Harrah's Casinos. I am the Director of National Casino Marketing for our New York City Office. In my position I create relationships with our Casinos frequent VIP players. Most of you would call them or know them as "Whales." These VIP customers are very important to our company and I am there to take care of their needs. What would this consist of? Setting up their room reservations, casino credit, dinner reservations, transportation needs, show requests, spa appointments, and anything else that will make them comfortable while staying at our resorts. Knowing the customer and having a personalized relationship goes a long way in any business especially the hospitality industry and I am that contact person to know.

There are many options for the casino player today and thats why myself and the rest of our Player Development staff is ready to take care of the guest as best as possible. The casino player can stay at any Casino they want and I want them to stay with us because of the personalized service they will receive. All a customer needs to do is call me and I can have everything set up for them as quickly as possible. Most of the time its a quick phone call from one of our guests and all he or she needs to say is "I am coming in this weekend." Because of my relationship with the guest I already know what type of room they prefer, I can get them tickets to a sold out show, where and when they want dinner and what time and the location the limo should be to pick them up. It sounds easy but without our support staff such as reservations, VIP Desk, Room Service, Bell Desk, Restaurant staff, and any front line employee I wouldn't be where I am today. They are the key to making every guest feel as if they were are only guest!

I would like to take the time to introduce myself for all of those you might not know me and let you know about me.I am currently the Director of National Casino Marketing for Caesars and Harrah's Casinos New York Office. I am located in midtown Manhattan and can take care of you at any of the Caesars and Harrah's Casinos.I have been employed by the casinos since I was 19 years old. I began my career at the Trump Taj Mahal and worked my way up. As you can see my college indicates I went to the school of Hard Knocks. The reason I put that down is because I have done almost every job in the casino. It truly is something to work almost every position on the front line to gain the hands on experience that I use today and respect the job that every person does to realize the ultimate goal of taking care of the customer.
